Since January collectively we, the Ram Turbo Diesel faithful, have enjoyed being the King of the Hill with the 400hp/1000torque rated Cummins 6.7 CGI engine.

Oops...fun while it lasted.

A mechanic I know was shooting the breeze with me one day this past summer. He said Ford was going to start giving away puppies with F250 & F350. That way when they break down and you have to walk home that your not alone. He had many Fords in for front end work. I just chuckled. LUV my Cummins.
 
Looks like the "latest and greatest" trucks have just about caught up - power-wise - with my '02 2500 - of course, my power was measured at the rear wheels, not the flywheel... Plus, the 27+ mpg empty, and 17+ mpg towing our 5er in mixed level/mountain towing, is easy to take too - along with the OEM $32K price tag. I think I'll stick with what I've got a bit longer...:):p:p
