Just to satisfy my curiosity I googled "Bosch CP3" and I found this.

It's from Italy, and it seems like (europe) they are more advanced than us since I really don't see U. S. info like this. I haven't explored all the links yet, but check out the special "common rail fuel additive" shown here. I feel like emailing them and asking what their CP3 failure rate is.

Can't hurt to ask questions. Keep in mind that their fuel and our fuel could be quite different and both could still be "diesel", thus the reason for their special additive.
