Gauge pod from Genos

Does anybody have the dual guage pod offered from Genos and how does it compare to the others? (Autometer) I ordered ISSPRO guages and the pod from DIS, but the pod won't be in for 2-3 weeks. (maybe) Genos has them in stock. Please let me know, I am very anxious to get my BOMB project rolling #ad

The pod that Genos sells is made by Autometer as well. Id give them a call and see if they have one in stock. I think it was only a couple of bucks difference in cost. Might even try Autometer themselves. Trouble Ive found is buying direct from the manufacturer doesnt always mean the best price. BTW,I have an Isspro and Westach gauge installed.

Autometer will only sell thru a dealer. They will not sell direct.

I have been shopping for a three guage A pillar mount for a 98 Ram. Can't find one and was told that all the pods are made by one manufacture. I don't know if the guy knew what he was talking about but I tend to believe him since no one has it. With that information I would think the two pod would be the same from any of the suppliers. I have the guage pod in my truck and like the location alot. It mounts the guages in a blind spot on the truck (A pillar) that the factory probably has oversized. In my other truck the guages are mounted on top of the dash next to the A pillar and it seems to be somewhat of a distraction while you are driving. It is nice on the A pillar because they are tucked away in the blind spot.

From what I saw at Diesel Dynamics, they only make a 2-gauge pod for the 98. 5 and newer trucks... something about the tweeter.

BTW, they had a whole bunch on the shelf when I was there... might try them.
