Anybody wanna pull this??

I just bought a used 99 1500 4x4 auto with a 360 in it and I'm not sure what gear ratio's came in the 1/2 tons? Looked on the door lable and it's not there and there is no sticker under the hood to be found.

If anyone can help I'd appritiate it.

The stickers are either under the hood or in the glove compartment (on the swing out door) Axle Ratio will be noted on this sticker. Not sure what year they switched to the glove compartment location... but I think it was '98.

Hope this helps.

If it is the 'offroad' package then it should have 4. 10's. If it is the non-offroad 4x4 then it should have 3. 55's I believe the 3. 91's were in the dakotas and durangos.

3. 55's were standard, 3. 92 were the optional gears, and 4. 10 came with the off-road package.

No OR package so I'd say it's got the 3:55's in it then.

Nice little truck though, less than 70k on the odo and I picked it up for $9,000. Has just a few little scratches on the driver's side bed. Other than that's it's one clean little toy. Only thing I don't like is no CD player. :( Gonna change that after the Holidays though. It's gonna be my wood haulin truck.
