I think there's a foreign manufacture that the oil is pulled out though dip stick.

That was SMART cars, but only for a year or so, then they added a normal drain plug as the workshops complained hard about that system.

Been running Fumotos for years, over several generations. Currently have one on my 2019, my 2001, and 1996 with zero problems.

Another user, have had one on my 2001 since 1st oil change 22 years ago. I go on a lot of two tracks in brush and tall grasses, etc., paint worn off steering stablizer from brush and nary an issue ever. Makes for easy drains and super simple oil samples if you are into that sort of thing.
