That was coolant coming from the overflow tank... . whether or not it was water/coolant, Evans coolant, or just water..... the world may never know.

What we do know, is it made the sled drag easier for the pullers after Kent!!LOL!:D

Ha ha ha, you guys just made me look like a real brain trust :D  Here I am thinking this is some high tech traction aid, DOH. I always have to jump to conclusions, what's next... . X-Files shooting a scene in my back yard about tractor pull myths?

Black Dually

Will the Black dodge dually be ready to pull by August 23+24, i sure would like to see it pull in person!! Oo.

Does anyone know....

Has the Sheid truck ever beaten Dave Mitchell's truck? I don't think it has. In fact, I'm pretty sure Dave has won every pull at the Sheids event.

It will be interesting to see if they can keep their engine from scattering long enough to get anywhere close to Dave this year. ;)

You are partly mistaken John.

Another Dave won the year Dave did not go. Dave Gresh. A Mitchell truck, none the less.

I think the key here is a name change. I was getting tired of Gene anyway.

It will be a big day for Scheids if they get close to Mitchell, and a HUGE day if they beat him!!

It is too bad the Scheids truck does not meet the ATPA rules they will be running Friday.

Saturday, July 20th

Last Saturday night, there was a truck and tractor pull at Strasburg, IL and the Scheid truck did an exhibition pull at the beginning of the truck class. Needless to say, it was sweet!!! The only thing was that when it got just about to the end of the track, the driveshaft broke and it brought everything to a halt. He was going so fast, that when he stopped, the box on the sled slammed forward and broke the box chain. 1/2 hour later, they had the sled going again. The truck was driven off the track with the front axle engaged. Can't wait to see it at Terre Haute!!Oo. Oo.

SWEET!

I did not know ATPA Pro Stock Diesel was divided into state classes.

Can you post the Indiana rules?

Why are they having an open class Saturday?
