gooseneck extender options?

Aside from the B&W 4'' ball extender and the pop-up 9" gooseneck extender does anyone know of any other similar products that I may consider using to give me more clearance at the back of my cab on a mega cab short bed?Right now i'm considering the pop-up brand extender because I want to retain the flip over feature of my B&W hitch. Thanks .
