Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Got codes.

My truck is showing codes 0382 and 1291. The first points to a problem with the intake air heater control #2, and the second a too low air intake temperature. It would seem that fixing or replacing the control #2 would probably remedy code 1291 too. So the question is, where do I locate the temp control #2 and is it just a plug in replacement? Also, is it a dealer only item or can I pick one up at Napa. Any info will be appreciated.

Problem solved

My son has the service manual fror the 2001 dodge online. I was able to locate the intake air heater relays which are under the drivers side battery and found a disconnected wire to #2, which I reconnected. I cleared the codes and they didn't return when I ran the truck. Wooo- Hooo!!!

The heater relays are standard relays located on the driver's side fender directly opposite the intake air horn. They are easier to get to if you pull the intake hose form the intercooler to the airhorn.
