What exactly is this tool? I Googled it and got a few hits, but not a lot of detail on what it is or how much it costs.

The tool is calibrated with the numbers on the lamp. Mounted to the lamp with a very strong suction cup then adjust to where it tells you

I had to clean my factory lens twice over the years and they still got to the point where the light was lousey. Went the cheap route ($78 on ebay) for both sides which included free shipping. Compared with the oems and the fit and finish is identical plus the light is as bright as it was new. Hated to go that route, but times are tough. Moe

Looks good Ilian. I did my 98. 5 last year and it was one of the best upgrades on my truck. Had to cut out metal to clear the extra bulb. I bought my headlight assemblies from Headlight depot for $168/pair. I had to drop the bumper a little to get the old out and the new in. The lights are very good, however I had to seal the edge of the clear lens to the black housing with some clear adhesive to keep the water and dirt out. There was a space between the two that I could slip a playing card though! I guess I got what I paid for on this one, but after a year they are working great. Bought my harness from SUVLights for $150. Both bulbs are energized on low beam. I have been using 303 Protectant on the lenses. Hopefully that will keep 'em nice.
