All 3 classes showcased some of the countries best.



The MOD class did have the countries best and most powerful trucks!!



Nice pulls by "Pure Diesel" Scheid Diesel pulling truck.

Terry Martin's "Ratical Ram"

Chris Watson's "Smokin'", Haisley Machine's "Rock Hard Ram",

Erik Stacey, EEP's Eric Stingley (rumored triple charger)

and the "BIG BOYS TOY" from Minnesota...



Special thanks to the Watson's for entering their full blown MOD PULLER "Smokin" into the show n' shine and lifting the hood to let everyone drool over their 1500hp+ B engine!!

I never saw so many DODGE diesel pickups i one place before!! I'm glad we went it was a great show. Oo. I can't believe the pit man for the "BIG BOYS TOY" picked up that hot exhaust stack after it blew off the turbo. :-laf

I'm shocked from the Scheid truck not blowing everyone away . He had to have it in valet mode :-laf . Super great time!

I'm not sure of his placing,but i know he came up short. They had a really cool blender for making margaritas powered by a weed wacker engine in thier trailer. I don't know if the blender usage had anything to do with the pull results... . :-laf In all seriousness though we talked to him,and he seemed like a nice guy.

That was a great pull. Cool to see the big diesel trucks. We really only see the big gassers here. Not many diesels at all, even street class. ISP rules suck.



Hey Bill, your truck sounds great. I was gonna flag you down to say howdy on your way out from the pull, but I was too far away.



Finding a Cummins in Watson's truck was a nice surprise. Getting that motor setup had to be a nightmare. Never seen that much plumbing on a motor in my life.



The diesel drags and the burnout contest today were great also. Saw Schieds dragster run twice. Last one was after almost everyone else had left. Probably not 20 of us in the stands. They forgot to turn to the clocks on, so no time on the last run. :{ The first one was 7. 5 @116 on the 1/8th mile track. Oo.

i watch super pro cars run 7's all day long in the 1/8th thats not impressive to me for a rail car. "Big boys toy" runs around by me and the pit guy picking up the hot stack dosent surprise me at all.

Andy I kinda gotta agree w/ ya there. My buddy DLange in the Lange Holsteins STONE CHURCH DIESEL 2001 Dodge ran a 7. 96. When we left it was the fastest truck time of the day. Not bad for sled pullin machine.

I had a blast. The guys in the stands were really having fun howling at all the hot girls that walked by. Then when the guy tried to pick up the hot stack, they really went nuts. Very impressive display of power!!!

Shieds truck looks bad with the lightning paint and cepeks.



I think ive seen more trucks pull this weekend then ive seen in my whole life ...



its something else when you start watching the Street class and the pullers waiting to pull next are lined 1/2 way aroung a circle track ... WOW



got a few Drive Shafts HEHEHEHEHEHE



and some scary stuff also ... they wetted the track after each pull they dont do that out here ... . i blame that on broken parts and the hopping of just about every truck off the line ... SCARY !!!

I had to roll my windows up down the Strip while I was doing my best to blow some smoke there way :>
