Ok I am intrested in getting the injection system but I live up here in Alaska. I'm just wondering if that would be a concern or not? And where can i find a manual for the system? Will the grid heater be a concern of igniting the methanol?

I sent an e-mail to Matt Snow, and he confirmed my previous post about the usage in Alaska/extreme environments (cold). So that leaves you with at least 6 months out of the year you can run the system and get consistent increases. The other 6 you may only need it when towing or to keep those EGT's down if they start climbing to high.

Let us know if you want in on this deal!

I need to hear from you guys!

Anyone who wants in on this buy, please start directing all of your communications to me, since Jeff (jrandol) is going to be out of town all week, and the opportunity for him to retrieve his mail is questionable.

An update from Matt Snow. The Stage 2 variable controller should be available by the first of the year. All members who purchased the stage 2 kit on this group buy will get the same discount on the controller when it is ready. There will also be a second tank option available. A different shape and I think it is a little larger. All this and his updated web site should be coming together at about the same time.

I was the first to order an was under the assumption that it would ship immediatly and should have it by now. Am I incorrect?

I am correct and it will be here this week. 12-8-03

kaptn, you are correct. If I was you I would call Matt and get a tracking number or something. I am not sure when he sent the first ones out. If they were standard UPS it may take the 5 business days with all the christmas stuff going through right now. Call Matt and ask him.

The stage 2 kits, yes they were shipped according to purchase date.

The variable controller (which is a new item) for the stage 2 kits should be ready by the first of the year. The stage 2 pumps draw some serious amps, and it was cooking the current model variable controller, so he had to make a new one. The current version of the stage 2 kits that are out and being shipped as we speak, have a mechanical boost pressure switch that opens (or closes) a relay to run the pumps.

Just an opinion here, if your running with the system on all the time like towing then the variable controller is a nice piece to have, but if all your wanting is WOT performance or controlling EGT's when your maxed out then a hobbs type switch is fine.

Thanks Jim, my brain was not wired to point that out. I would need the vairable for my use, jrandol on the other hand seems to be all smiles with the Hobbs and his shoelaces caught in the turbo.

ME ME ME!!!!!!!!!!!! can i still get in on this! finally got some funds!:D i have pmed a few people!! sorry its at the dead line but i only get paid once a week! lol HELP ME!!! LOL!!!:D thanks Andy

Originally the price would have been $225, but that price was on the kits used on gassers, and even a completely stock CTD would need the stage 2 for the gassers. Matt snow decided to design 2 kits that were strictly for Diesels and the retail price for the diesel kits is $439 ~ $329. ?? after our discount. The diesel kits are the equivalent of a stage 3 and 4 for gassers.

Bottom line - $329. ?? for either kit. Stage 1 good for trucks that are up to 450hp. Stage 2 for trucks over 450, or planning to be over 450 soon.

Total count is up to 52 with the usual suspects still needing to reply.

Let's get them ordered. He has 200 units to make and get shipped off to some retailers by the end of month. He has been giving the TDR priority on the units that he has, but time is getting short.

Matt Snow plans to have all the kits that have been ordered so far shipped by Fri.
