I have never had anyone mention an aftermarket tank while ordering a set of these bars, so I doubt anyone has done it.
How much further towards the front of the truck does that tank extend, versus the stock tank? I can tell you that if it does go further forward, and is still very close to the frame, you will have to either drop, or lossen the tank to gain enough room to slide in the inner frame mount. However, you only need about 1" of room between the tank and the frame to get that mount in place, so if you can lossen the tank straps, push the tank away from the frame 1", you should be all set.
