Here's my take on this situation. You paid for a product expecting it to perform as it was advertised. What you got was crap. You should either get your money back or get a product that works like it should. I think your direction towards the Dept. of Ag. is a good way to go. If this guy (fuel supplier) thinks he's got problems now, try dealing with the Dept. of Ag. They can be a real pain in the derrier. Good luck!
