Like it says, only going to about 3700-3800rpms. Did I adjust them wrong or am I running out of fuel up there? I still have the stock turbo and 215 injectors. Should I step up to bigger injectors like DD4's? Or how about megamentals... Oo.
The stock turbo is corking it pretty darn good in those upper RPM's, good thing you have studs and O-rings because that drive pressure sure would have popped that gasket.
So upgrade the turbo and more fuel at the same time will never hurt! Go atleast DDP3's and atleast a super 40 turbo or HTB2.
You are not going to turn 4k with that stock turbo and that 2 3/4 inch exhaust outlet... in other words you engine ain't breathing. On that note... if your turning that many rpms w/stock valve springs your going to be in for a big surprise withlots of floating valves. Make sure you upgrade to 60 lb valve springs before you attempt to run over 3200 rpm any more.
oh dont worry, I got the springs covered. I had those in before I did the gsk4. The drive pressure popped the gasket once. thats why its studded and o-ringed. I am saving up for a bigger turbo at the moment.
