Hard tires

Redoing an baby carriage that needs two new sets of Hard tires. Two- 11.5" and two 15" tires. Any ideas where to look for these or make them?
The originals were one piece with a nail thru it to hold it together.

I am thinking you'll probably have to fab them up. Find some hard rubber sheeting, cut your strips, glue them down and mitre the ends so they overlap and don't make a bump. Then a staple or nail set in a little countersink.. Viola! Looks like a nice restore project!

Search for carriage restoration sites. An old friend from years ago used to rebuild horse carriages. I remember him buying rubber from some darn place, and he would custom cut his own rubber to fit the wheels.
