You can snip one wire responsible for speed feed back and the 115 limitation is deactivated. It works nice with a Gear Venders Overdrive unit.

Yes, you can spin the engine that high, but the stock governer cuts your fuel way back at 2700 rpm... so even though you can spin it to 3500, you are making practically no horsepower.

My custom programmed TST Comp is reset to defuel at 3300 rpm, and my dyno test have verified I make full power to 3300rpm, then it drops off. Mark at TST says he can program Comps to fully fuel to 3500rpm if the owner really needs it, but he says things break fast there.



My truck never seemed to have this mph d. o. t. limiter. I have buried my speedometer many times, and with my slightly oversized tires means I have done well over 120mph with it.
