2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission heating cooling

I have a 2002 dodge 1500 4x4 that is having a heater, and defroster distribution problem. It only distributes hot air to the passenger side, and only cold air to the driver side. Any thought's or ideas? Jon

It is a problem with one of the blend doors in the HVAC system. This has been discussed a lot of times. Do a search for heater problems or HVAC. This should tell you how to figure out which one of the doors is messed up. Randy
