Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Heck of a Deal! Swap getting close.

What do you guys think of this deal. I haven't picked it up from my buddy yet, so not sure exactly what's all there. He found me: Luk Pro Gold clutch, pedal assembly, lines, bellhousing, slave cylinder, shiffters and boots, all brand spanking new for $500. This guy he bought it from was going to do a swap, but sold the truck. I think there might be some more odds and ends, but not sure. I think I got a steal. What else do I need besides the obvious NV4500? Also what have you guys done for the transfer case to transmission issue. Would it be cheaper to switch the parts or just find a donor case? Now if I could just find a good NV4500 close to me I would be ready to roll. Well probably better get a bigger clutch cause once I add DV's and a bigger housing with the way I drive it will never last. Also does anyone know what this clutch is rated at?
