Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Help for my RAM ????

I would like to ask if there is anyone on the Forum that knows where I can find or get a replacement part for my ( 200 RAM 0 ?) see below:

[NEED TO FIND AN " UNDERHOOD INSULATION BLANK/PAD " THE HELP CUT DOWN ON THE ENG SOUND. THE ONE I HAVE ON NOW THAT CAME WITH THE TRUCK WHEN I BOUGHT IT NEW IN NEW MEXICO BACK IN 2000 HAS JUST ABOUT DONE ALL IT CAN DO :{ I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO GET THE PLACTIC SNAP PINS THAT GO WITH THEM BUT NOT A BIG PROBLEM I CAN PICK SOME UP SOMEWHERE.
