2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Help-No turn signals

Driving today in the rain I lost both right and left turn signals on my 97. Hazard lights still work. Fuse for blinkers is fine. Any ideas on where to start looking? Thanks

Check the flasher relay, I don't know if you can exchange the E flasher with the turn signal one, but that might give you a heads up.
