I have a 95 2wd 3500 and am wanting to replace the front coil springs. I know on the 4wd springs it goes by tag number, but I can't find any tags on my springs. Are there supposed to be tag numbers? Does anybody have a source for these springs? Not sure if I can still get them from Dodge.

BLeinart, what's wrong with the springs? I had a 95, 3500 4WD for 10 years, which I purchased new, and I never had an issue with front springs nor anything with the front end.

The only issue is how low it sits in the front. I have heard guys say they gained 2 inches on trucks that age, plus a better ride. I was about to repalce the entire front end and thought I would slip springs in too while im putting in bushings

I see lots of trucks with front spring problems. Most times, it's due to excessive weight on the front end, but sometimes, I think it's due to OEM discrepencies in spring manufacture. Some sag and collapse, while others do not.

Super springs makes a super coil which will fix any problems you're having with sag or extra weight on the front end. I run around $250 a set for the 2wd, depending on what you want. SuperSprings Self-Adjusting Suspension Stabilizers

I, personally, would reccommend the SSC21. I liked them so much, I'm a dealer for them now. They will make your ride slightly more choppy on really rough roads, unless you add a front bumper or a lot of weight. Adding a good set of Bilstien or Rancho 9000 shocks will make a good combination.

HHhuntitall I looked at the link, but the listing doesn't show availability for a 1995 2wd dodge, the 2wd stops at 1993.

Hmm, that's odd. It should show both. The SSC-21 should be for the 94-2008, like the 4wd models. I'll call and double check, but I know that's how it should be, as I've installed numerous sets, and even have a set in my own '96. It raised it just over 3/4" and has settled less than 1/4" with a full front replacement bumper over the last two years, with part of that settle attributed to tire wear. I think the third line below '73-93, next to the lower OEM listing, should list '94-08. And I just looked at an '08 catalog, and that is how it's listed, so the SSC-21 is the correct part number, '94-2007, 2wd 2500-3500 models.
