O. K. here is what I got: I found deal on injectors so I bought and had them installed What a deal Charged me 580. 00 for 95 HP Bosh new they said... I pull trailor 95% so tried them out, felt like less power then stock Injectors climbing Hills But Alot of Black Smoke? So I then thought I need large exaust bought and installed 4" = 385. 00 installed. . Still no Power ! Then I thought more air I need- Bought AFG - 302. 00. . Then had city diesel drive it and burn clutch up :) was gone any way but- Bought new con OFE from South bend - 1230. 00 installed... and have Hypertech programer - 385. 00 ? why don't I have power???????? I am Going broke here . . Banks big head actuator and boost elbow - 202. 00. . Any sugestions would be helpfull now. Lots of smoke - no power - heats up very Quick boost will go over my guage read of 30 What Do I do Next??????

Nope , Gave stock injectors up for core charge... Going to clean map air sensors today much black smoke over fueling I think. . took to city diesel to get jammer 2's put in but when they drove it and we smelled the clutch I decided to wait and see...

Any other sugestions guys? I have made all these buys withen last month or so and about to go crazy wondering if I am gonna mess truck up : Over fueling or some thing because to much smoke comes out no mater how ez I drive : example to pull trailor at 70 mile hr boost 15-20 / Pyro at 800-1000 / rpm at 2000 / eng temp 210 / thats at 74 temp outside at night time??? OOoo and don't let a hill get in the way Heat then rises... thru out

Are you throwing any DTC's by any chance? Still, it sounds to me like there is something wrong with the injectors. At the very least, you should recheck the installation & make sure everything is seated properly. An improperly seated injector or cross over tube could cause some fuel leakage. Another possible problem is with the copper washers on the injector tip.

so you have injectors---hypertech---4" exhaust---clutch---Banks big head---

check all boost hose (innercooler and pipe) clamps--

check all turbo to exhaust bolts and exhaust manifold bolts ---make sure they are tight--

take the big head off and slap on the old wastegate and see what happens---

remove hypetech from truck and see what happens---

last find some different injectors to test out---city diesel has to have some you can try to see if this is the problem---chris

Checked boots and all seems good there , going to pressure check with soapy water today / Old waste gate is leaking so that is no good try there / Also have no power towing with out hypertech installed but still have alot of smoke / Hade diesel shop install injectors so I have never done this before so I probaly would not know what to look for as far as proper installed Injectors: I just need to know which way to spend money wich is limited now after all that I have done to it= Injectors - Jammer 2's or Edge Juice w/ Attitude ?

I keep thinking maybe Hypertech is not defuelling at low rpm and not mixing proper air with fuel = Over fueling?? Hypertech is not best choice programer I know that now. . any one around Hamilton , Al. that wants to let me try before I buy just to see if it helps?

$580 for RV injectors? And they are claiming them to be 95 HP? My recommendation is to find a new shop.

was like 335. 00 for injectors but they over charged for labor = 4 hrs 250. 00 ya riped me a new one... . :( and was not rv inj. was HP injectors said after install they was off road use only and was against me getting them but never stated before then: "Muscle Shouls Diesel Service" ADS certefied...

Only code Keeps comming is P0234 and the code stating dtc stored in ecm.

I think thats rite , I think that is a over boost code??

Sorry to tell you but Bosch doesn't sell injectors by HP adder - only total HP. The 2 injectors for the 24V are RV275 or RV300, depending on whether they go on a SO or HO engine. Actually Bosch primarily pushes the RV275s. It was some enterprising shysters on Ebay that decided to coin the RV300 designation after the HO motor came out. So it sounds like either you got ripped on the advertisement (them being Bosch) or on the HP they add. $335 is not a bad price, but not good either.

Hope it feels good. :-laf (not really - sorry for the troubles. :( )
