Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Help with problem?

I have a 99 with 275 rv injectors Practical Solution boost module DTT transmission with smart contoller BD exhaust brake. The vp 44 is recent as is the lp. Also have a RASP 12. 5 to 15 lbs no matter what. 81,000 miles Truck runs great except every once in a while truck is not completely warm in 3rd gear on slight pull I get a stumble or or hunt of the transmission. Nothing major and not all the time. Once truck is completely HOT it does not do it. Also under hard acceleration it does not do it. No tach bounce or codes. Going on a long trip to the Yukon and it bothers me. All ideas appreciated. Thanks

I believe that I read somewhere that there was a reflash available for a miss in third. Do a search... . should find some good info.
