I was driving approx. 65 mph, towing a small trailer with a motorcycle on it, when there was a big hesitation. It felt like the accelerator pedal was released and then jammed back on, even though physically the pedal did not move. It was over so fast that I did not notice any difference in any gauges, and no check lights came on. I made it another 100 miles to home uneventfully. I scanned and did not have any codes or pending codes. Obviously, intermittent things are difficult to find and very disconcerting to think about a pending failure, so I would like to track it down... if possible. It is an 05 6spd, 4wd, with Banks six-gun tuner, and Banks exhaust. It has 104000 miles and has been serviced per recommended intervals.

Tough to say there are nay problems without codes. Could have been electornic, mechanical, or even a slug of bad fuel.

Just have to monitor it for recurrence until you can find a pattern.
