I put Stull's SS grill & bumper inserts on my truck. They are a stainless steel mesh that even stops most bugs from getting in. You remove the honeycomb inserts the factory put in and replace them with these. You could put just the bumper inserts without the grill but I think it might look odd. In my area they gravel the roads twice a year and my radiators were getting all dinged up - with these on I'm getting no dings. They tell you to mount the bumper inserts on the inside of the bumper but I was able to mount them on the outside and they sit right in but can't go through the hole and take out a radiator when off-roading. They also don't block airflow for cooling purposes. I bought them online through Summit racing for approx. $165 for the set (here's a link
