19 here, 15k miles, 1 recall for the trans early on, 1 pending for the CP4 alsoI had a TPMS sender go bad that’s about it.

Dave Smith told my BIL it would be around 100 days on an order. He ordered at the very end of September and it was unloaded from the train this week and should be ready for delivery any day. Today is day 116.

The local dealer, which will easily beat Dave Smith prices, is quoting 12-16 weeks.

2500? 3500? SO or HO?
Anyone considering Dave Smith and has FCA Affiliate Rewards should reconsider. Dave Smith does not participate/ honor the FCA Affiliate Rewards. Better choice is Mark Dodge in Lake Charles, LA.

If you do look into ordering call Dennis Dillon in Caldwell, Idaho. They will beat DS price.

My understanding is that the HO is the longest built time, which is what my BIL ordered.

I ordered a 3500 HO December 23rd and it's still waiting for parts before they give me a build date. If you look on this vehicle build tracker you'll see that if you order a standard output diesel, it will get built much faster than a HO. Not sure if it's the HO engine or Aisin transmission that's slowing things down.

Bought a 2021 Bighorn CC 2500 4x4 last March. Sold my 1995 Single cab Dually 3 years ago and was done drag racing. Wife bought us another car and we intend to purchase an enclosed trailer soon but, 5000lbs of car and open trailer is not even a load. Putting a ton of wood pellet fuel in the bed, twice, was fun. The 68RFE does some creative shift occasionally but, acts great under what little load it’s seen. At nearly 9k miles I am waiting for fuel filters, to do the first service, on the one year anniversary.

I've got a 21 Ram 2500 Laramie ,cc,Ls,4x4.
8,000 mi so far, and it's a great pickup. At 500 miles I hooked up our 10k TT ,and towed from E. TN to nor-cal and back on interstate 40, and it was a beast. Of course $3200.00 of fuel wasn't cool, but the truck is awesome. My favorite truck so far.

More miles now Home again and dry roads in south central Alaska. This truck is a beast. Now that it is broke in a bit more I can put my foot in it hard. Amazing power. Fuel mileage is improving if I drive it normal. I be loving it

4k miles on mine and loving it. All good except the occasional 3 chimes with no message rime or reason....

This ho aisin is just awesome. I’m hopeful the fuel mileage will improve when we start summer fuel soon mid April #2 diesel. I would like to see 20 mpg empty on the hiway at 65 mph but I’m doubtful. It’s really my only complaint about this truck. More power does mean more fuel burned plus I can’t keep my foot steady. Just wants to go

How much will they beat it by,$100? i'd think with the price of fuel these guys who took out 84 month loans will be bailing.

I used Dave Smith in '06 and they couldn't have been better. Dillon Dodge was another but that's a long time ago.

Dave Smith's was sold to Nations a few years ago and the really good deal went away.
