I'm about to put in some D25 springs that I bought while at Skyjacker in Monroe, LA. I read on some posts that I might as well put new shocks in while I'm at it, but I can't find any.

I called the local truck accessories place and looked online. Rancho only shows 0" lift shocks and Bilstien only goes to the 2500s. I haven't called Skyjacker yet. Any ideas??

Call Skyjacker, they'll have what you need being you bought the coils from them. Why didn't you buy shocks at the time when you got the springs from SJ?? I would recommend their Nitro shocks as they are gas charged and will hold up better to the weight of the Cummins as well as they have exceptional heat disipating capabilities.

I'd vote for the dual shock kit. I added a Road Armor frt bumper to mine and added the dual SJ Hydro shocks. It's just a tiny bit stiffer but the added weight is controlled. With you Ranch Hand bumper weighing ??, I'd call SJ and ask them. Since my bumper only weights around 160lbs, and I'm relocating the batteries the hydro's worked for me.

Rancho also has shocks for 2" lift. They are the same part # as the 2500. The RS9000x's 9 way adjustable are #RS9221x, RS5000 is RS5221. Try jackit.com or summitracing, both of them usually have them in stock and quick shipping. good luck. :D

Bilstein has 2" longer shocks to fit as well, ORW knows the part #'s and gives TDR members a discount 1 800 341-7757

I bought the 1. 5" to 3" lift Skyjackers for $31. 00 out of Summit. Thanks for the help.

JGheen,

I didn't know to do the shock replacement at the same time until I read some posts. That was after I came back from Monroe, LA.
