Yes John Berger, it's a government job and you've come up with the most practical idea. That was the angle that I used, when I went for the interview this morning. The boss hummed and hawed for a few minutes, trying to figure out how to start, so I pulled out my pre-made sheets of my qualifications and his eyes lit right up and he said that my list would be a great help. Twenty minutes later, I walked out of his office with the knowledge that I would have to keep waiting :rolleyes: for someone to make the next decision.



Oh well... Looks like I'll have at least another week to put on a few more pounds. :)

You could approach the boss with something like:

"Ya know, I've done so much, for so long, with

so little, that I am now qualified to do anything,

with nothing!"



After working commercial construction for 29 yrs, I feel that way lots of times!
