Looking for wisdom again with my rebuild.

I have the 93 torn apart now, It looks like I can use the cab after all. The 93 4x4 had 84k miles. I will be putting the engine, Getrag, and transfer case into my old 92 ~250k hard miles truck (as well as the cab and bed). Maybe it would be better to say I am putting my old frame and front clip on the new truck. Anyway, What should I take apart as general maintence at 84 k miles since I am going to have the whole truck in pieces anyway. KDP and tighten gear case bolts is a no brainer. I am going to change to a PDR cam while I can do it with the engine upside down. :) Front seal appears to be a little leaky by the oil on the gear case so it gets done too. What else should I do at 13 years old and 84 k miles. Some tell me to just bolt it all in and go. From my gasser days, if you have an engine out, always change the clutch, throwout bearing and pilot bearing. Is that the case here? When does the Rear main usually start to leak? Quad 4x4 recommends boring out the pilot bushing/bearing hole and going with a sealed pilot bearing. Any experience that would indicate that it is worth going to that effort/expense? Again, I will usually run light with occasional car hauling and occasional heavy tow (14k backhoe). Since I already built my old turbo into an HTT Stage II - 16cm, I will be using that too(+ guages of course). I'm also going with 4" exhaust. Don't mean to ramble, but I do appreciate any input. I want to be thorough, but not obsessive.

If'n you break the engine and trans to have a look-see at the clutch, go another step and do the rear main. Otherwise, if it looks dry let it fly.
