So far -

Two clock springs

driver side butt burner works, but nowhere near like it should

vacuum pump oil seal began leaking early on, replaced at 41k under warranty :)

power steering pump seized up when vacuum pump was replaced, also under warranty :)

A/C evaporator at 3 1/2 yrs and 52K :(

Now at 54K and all is well, except for anticipating the LF/VP44 failures. Ya gotta love the 12v.

Mileage vs Failures

My 1999 2500 24v 4x4 six speed has 102000 mi. s .

So far ... shocks at 15K and 95K, steering shock @ 98K, thermostat @ 65K, lift pump and injection pump @ 99K. Still have original brake pads !

No other problems so far :D

57,000 miles on the 04, with absolutely no problems Oo.

However, the 99 had many problems in it's 97'000 mi. life. Just to name a few- track bar, radiator leak, 5th gear nut(twice), transmission toast at 94,000, exhaust loose & whistling, poor mileage, oil leak from transfer case. All repaired on the Monday built machine though.

57,700 miles with only sensor problems such as speed on Rear Diff, ABS, & Trans. My Dash Board is cracked up.

I got 235000 miles. Replaced a few lift pumps(cant remember mileage) crack exhaust manifold, drive the hell out of it and it runs like the day I bought it

128,870- one lift pump, two injector pumps, two clutchs, and one turbo( mistery bolt in air box while changing to k/n, no more friends in the shop) but still love it.

01. 5 2500 with 167,000, one lift pump, break job, new clutch at 124,000, apps, belt idler, rear trany seal and new tires.
