71,000 miles-

I've had two steering boxes, upper ball joints twice, two track bars (need another one)

all above under warranty.

at 70,500 lost the transmission

haven't check lift pump pressures yet. but I need to.

other than that, just routine maintenance, tires, etc still have 50% left on the brakes.

nothing yet

18532 kms ,(about12000 miles) as of today :rolleyes: and yes it a 2001. I've had it for 2-1/2 years now,mostly tow,hobbie truck and the odd weekend cruise,no problems yet, but one electical connection recall. Not my daily driver cause at work vehicles tend to develope dents,scratches and such.

50K total. 1 lift pump and 1 oil pressure sender (went out at 40k). Driver side seat redone with high density foam at 30K. Otherwise, not to jinz myself, that's it.

Now you all went and done it..... So I'm changing my oil, fuel, air filters thinking I'm a little over due. I pull up the hour meter as I'm pulling it out of the garage and Hmmm, only about 80 hours. This is odd because I'm thinking I'm over in miles but 20 hours short?? So I get my quick unofficial log book (Garage Wall) and low and behold only a little over 3K on the oil in there. That's not the sad part. Sad part is last time I changed it was almost a year ago. Yep, 11 months, little over 3K miles.

So now I'm selling my baby and buying a motor home and a farm truck that I can actually use as a truck. SO I have a practically new truck I'm dumping. It's in the classified section... :(

125000

1 lift pump

1 map sensor

vac. pwr steering pump seals

Oil, Oil filter, fuel filter every 6k. Trans and diff every 30k. I guess I got one of the good ones, very little failures. :D

153,600

126,000 - Lift Pump @ 126,000

140,000 - 3rd gear synco ring gone (crunches on upshift and downshift) :{

145,000 - 5th gear sounds loose (nursing it along until I can afford to rebuild) :{

Thats it for now, brakes & shocks in the next 10 - 15 K miles

Kevin

I hate the 24valve!!!!!

99 2500 automatic 160,000miles, 1 vp44 pump, 1 lift pump, 1 track bar, all the shocks,

as for the pre filter you will need a pusher pump close to the tank and a good high flow filter or just keep a gauge on the fuel and a spare lift pump and tools under back seat... ... what else can ya do

99 2500 5spd. 4x4 ext cab lng bed. 137,000 +. 1 lift pump and VP at 89k (dealer actually replaced without hassle!) 13PSI @idle, 6. 5 @WOT.

25000 Just last month and the only problem I've had is the block heater stopped working, but I haven't had to worry about it just yet. I think that it is cord, and will try to get it replaced under warranty. Always have been a Dodge man coming from a Dodge family. Seem that they just hold up better with just a good regualr maintanence schedule. James

Ouch!!

On my way back from N. M. and my baby shut down in Conway Ark.

Lost lift pump and VP44. Replaced both in a parking lot. i was there for a day and a haft. $1505. 00 later, new VP44 and lift pump and back on the road.

I think I save some money. Did it myself. Continuing my goal of a million miles

She has 618,246 miles on her. God Bless America and My Truck

Would you mind listing any parts/problems you have had? You have the most mileage I have ever seen on a 24V, would be nice to know what to watch out for. Thanks

63. 000 miles and the only problem I've had is a burnt out right side driving light, which was fixed before 36. 000 miles for free. I chose not to call it luck, just a good choice in trucks. :D
