Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Engine stumble at idle

I have the Banks powerpak and an EZ box and DDI's. The EZ box was installed just for the lowest setting to change the timing. Now Im wondering if I can turn the EZ box up a notch and get some more power. Will the pump be able to handle this?

Also... . are there any sensors that I need to repplace after 70k miles. There seems to be a bit of surging sometimes.

Thanks for all the help

Moving the jumper on the EZ does not effect how much power you will get, just when the little box adds the extra fuel (power). The box monitors the boost level and adds what little fuel it does at a given boost level. I can't remeber the psi numbers exactly but I think the lowest setting is 15 psi , the next 10 and the last one 5. You will not hurt anyting trying the other levels as they are mostly for smoke control when running larger injectors.

Your not going to get any "more" power. Your already getting all the fuel, however the jumper on the EZ just dictates at what boost level it dumps in its fuel.

Not sure if you were asking about the injection pump... or the lift pump. I would check fuel pressure from the lift pump just out of curiosity and make sure all is ok (if you don't have a fuel pressure gauge).

EZ box

Very Nice... . cant wait to play with it. My fuel pressure runs about 15 at idle and 10 at WOT. I think everything is good on the pressure side.

Thanks for the input.
