03 backfire/white smoke/ losses all power HELP im lost

Replacing motor in 06 Ram 3500

Just figured out that my HTT HTB2 62/12 turbo on my 03 for over 10 years and about 175k miles( 295k on truck) was dusted due to a bad intake connection. I drive a lot of dirt roads. Not a lot of shaft movement, but is harder to spin than normal and does not spin on start up, but spins up with throttle. Also noticed diminished performance from truck over last several months. Would like some recommendations for a quality rebuild shop and potential upgrades without losing low end spooling.

I imagine the shaft may be toast and would like to upgrade to a 360 bearing. Not a lead foot but like it to be “there” . I’m in central Texas, so Dallas, Waco and Austin are all within a couple of hours, but shipping is probably cheaper than driving, so I’m interested in the best bang for my buck with an emphasis on quality and a shop that does VSR balancing. Majestic Turbo Waco is probably closest shop. Thanks.

A bit more information. I have 50 hp injectors and run the smarty on 3. There is slight oil stains in the hose Off the turbo going to the intercooler. By upgrade, I’m interested in the possibility of wheels with better or extended fin designs that won’t require any machining or huge expense. Also wondering if there are cartridges available that I could put in myself and if that is even a good idea? Definitely want to keep the costs minimal and want to get her back on the road.
