Hub caps For free spin hubs

My MKW 19. 5 wheels had caps that the center popped out. They fit perfect with my Yukon hubs.

Guys, I'm wondering if before I start the Dynatrac install, can I remove the hub cap, drill the pilot hole, put he hub cap back on, and then drill the center out with a 4 1/4 hole saw? Will this work? Thanks! Mark

I would say that is one smart idea, wish I would have thought of it.

It is a great idea- provided the pilot drill won't bottom out on the stub shaft before the hole is completed.

They didn't stick out that far bro.

I'm 58 and have had 4wd trucks all my life. GM 3/4 and 1 tons(those big rugged spicer hubs, I thought they looked great) from '77 to '95 when I switched to Dodge. They stuck out, but no where's near the way they do on our Dodges thanks to the wheel offset.
