This is very hard for me to write, as I am very choked up and deeply saddened over Nowel's loss. You know, its kind of funny how some people can walk into and out of our lives with no one noticing. Then, on the other hand, then there are Some people like Nowel. Nowel was one who walked into everyone's lives and left big giant footprints in their hearts. Nowel, I am happy you are not in pain and suffering anymore, and saddened that you are not down here with us. Yesterday, I said a prayer for you at Church, and hoped you would get better. I am glad you did, but upset you had to leave us down here. I got to meet you last November at the Clash Race, just only for a few minutes, as it was cold and windy, and you were in the process of loading up your truck. I will once again say a prayer for you as well as your family, for them to accept your passing to be with the Great Lord above.

My Deepest Condolences go out to you and your family, friends, and the #2 fueled family.

Sad news indeed. It speaks volumes about the man to read these posts. I regret never having the privilege of meeting him in person. My condolences to his family & friends. D. K.

HVAC Rememberence

Even though I never met or talked to Nowel, I know from his pdsts that he will be truly be missed by the entire diesel community. Farewell HVAC, and God be with you and your family.

My condolences to HVAC's family. I suppose I'm talking to anyone whoever came in contact with him one way or another. One great guy that will be deeply missed. Keep that turbo singing brother!

I only met Nowel a couple of times. That's all it took for me to realize that not only was he one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life, he would do whatever he could to help a person out. The "diesel family" not only has lost a great leader to the sport, we have lost a dear friend indeed.

Thank to everyone (Chris, Blair, etc) for keeping us updated. My deepest sympathies go out to all who were close to him.

God Bless You Nowel, you are a great man!

It is a thing like this that really makes you sit back and realize how something so important can be taken away without notice. Allthough I never got the priviledge of meeting him in person, I've talked to him on the phone while I was kicking the ideas around for how I was going to bomb my truck. Even though I showed no interest in buying any mods at that time, it was amazing to me the fire and passion that came from his voice when the topic of 24 valve performance came up. He was 100% ready to help you because that's what made him happy. My best regards and deepest sympathies go out to his close friends and family. God bless Nowel, you will be sorely missed.

Nowell was one of the first person's I met when I started into this business, he will be missed.

Lost a good man today

I was kucky enough to meet and talk with Nowell. He was truly a good guy and he will be missed. My prayers go out to his sister and grandmother and all his diesel brothers in the Ramrunners.

Nowell is a great loss to his friends and members of the TDR; this pales to insignificance when compared to the loss his Sister and Grandmother suffer. My condolences to all those hearts that now bleed from the wound his death created.

Go with God and everlasting peace to you, Nowell

THIS AIN'T NO PRACTICE LIFE.

HVAC was the first I heard offer this advice several years ago.

From the net friendship I had with Nowel, I believe he lived that motto. We should all take note.

God Speed.

I am deeply sorry to hear about his passing. Nowel always had informative and entertaining posts and was quite a wealth of knowledge. I may not have chimed in on many of the competition forum threads but I read nearly all of them.

My deepest sympathy and condolences go out to his family and close friends.

I never had the opportunity to meet Nowell, a guy who is clearly a top notch person and incredible advocate of our fun toys. I really enjoyed all of his posts and learned much from him.

Nowell, I know you can hear us all, please know that you have many friends down here and you are welcome to visit whenever you want. Enjoy gods design for you, we will miss you in the flesh but know that your with us in spirit.

My heart is heavy with the news of Nowells passing. For the last two years I would see him once a month at Ram Runners meetings and I would ask my questions. He always gave me consise answers in his soft voice no matter how basic the question. He always seemed to me to be a strong adhesive force helping to hold the fabric of Notheren California truck racing together. He will be missed by many people. Rest in peace.
