HX40 downpipe flange

Anyone know where I can get the downpipe flange for a HX40? I don't want the downpipe, as I'm putting this on a 1st gen, so I'll have to cut and weld the thing. All the local shops can't find it, say its a special flange . Airflo.com says they are out of stock, part number AD-411 and they can't get just one. BTW I have a typical hx40 flared flange on the exhaust housing, but I've seen a machined flat flanged downpipe clamped to it, so I'm sure a flat one will seal up good. Thanks, Bill.
