well, i did my front brakes today. The left caliper was frozen and i ran the right side into the metal. Killed the rotor. I thought the rotor job would be tough, but it wasnt. I used my aircraft rivit gun with a flat set and drove the studs right out. I cant imagine what they would charge to do 2 new rotors at a shop. If you are thinking about trying it yourself , go for it. Its not that bad. I also put on the EGR calipers and brake lines. PITA. There is really no reason the lines couldnt have been made to be a direct replacement IMO. Instead you have to use their brackets, bend your hard lines ect. Pointless. Now my question. Is there a way to get the rears to auto adjust again or not. And if not, is there a scientific way to adjust the rears?? I am afraid i am going to tighten them too much, but i can tell my fronts hit WAY before the rears... . RRR
