I had bags on my 11 drw with 4,500# pin it rode great. My 15 with factory rear air rides great with 5,800# pin.

Had trail air air bag pin box then added tri glide to it. Really didn’t do much as the combo worked well already.

Current DRV has tri glide. Honestly would be no different ride without it.

This fore and aft reducing devices are just bandaids. My rv’s rode well and were balanced so the devices were not needed.

Both DRV’s pin weight is 25%. That helps for a great non chucking ride. Also good shocks help.

I haven't the need for such a device, my B&W companion 5th wheel hitch works great and I don't get the slop attributed to cheap hitches. I suspect it will be even better with the new base for the puck system using the same Campanion hitch. I can't wait, but it will be awhile before I pull the 5ver any long distance.

I wanted to show you guys a picture of the alternative ride height on the Dodge with the 377rlbh on the back yes this is the alternate ride height look at the picture nice and level goes good and I actually wrote it today about 18 miles that way and it felt pretty good so all his worked out everything is good guys no problems so we can use either or as a way to ride.

I just wanted to show you guys okay here's the unit all leveled out with the trailer jack blocks under each of the landing gear and I'm here on our property and they just wanted to show a little bit guys and yeah everything's working out pretty good so here you go.

Ok I have found out I must get a 100 gallon fuel tank ASAP the truck gets about 9 mpg while towing so my range is at best about 250 miles I have taken some short rides towing and just for a few minutes got the truck up to 75mph with the Jayco no problem to see if it had sufficient power to pass SLOWPOKES LOL.

With the 4.10 its rpm towing at 75 was about 2100 rpm and yes I know not to go so fast for more then just passing somebody in the right lane guys but I love to know I can pass when needed on the interstate.

Do what you want but lugging around 100 Gallons is not something "I" would consider. I pack a 5 of diesel and over the last 4 years of full timing I have needed to use it once. We use TruckStops so I know there is no issue getting in and out. I would never consider loosing my bed height 30" front to back tool box.

If I did anything it would be a Titan 55 gallon replacement tank.

I forgot to mention I am very disappointed with the Trail Air pinbox it seems to get stuck and does not go up and down very well we even let the air out and it did not go down smooth but kind of gets stuck and then wham it goes down way to to fast.

In other words does not seem very smooth at this point I called Lippert and they seem to say it needs to wear in for a while but this is VERY at this point of the game its very disappointing.
We shall see what happens but as some said here,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,YOU SHOULD HAVE USED THE..........MOR-RIDE pinbox.
The Anderson is doing fine so far and is easy to work with but I was on a road yesterday and thought I was going to get sick it was chucking so bad because the road was that rough and they had grinded the old ashphalt off.

So the bottom line is I should have stock with the MOR=RIDE PINBOX and not wasted my time with the TRAILAIR.

Is the coach loaded up, full tanks, etc? Do you know what your loaded pin weight is yet? It's going to take some serious weight on the hitch to offset the teeter-totter with that much coach behind the axles, IMHO.

You'll get better milage at 10k Miles, after all is finally broken in.
New Truck always use more fuel then old ones.

I drove the truck and trailer about 150 miles today and man there was a wicked POGO type effect on bumps so if this does not improve I will be putting the Mor=ride back on its just that bad.

Now the chucking was brutal also it felt like somebody pushing you between the shoulder blades pretty firmly so we no the Mor-ride helps in that area.

I dont know if anybody else is using the TRAIL AIR WITH THE AIR RIDE DUALLY PLUS THE RAM 3500 WITH AIR AND ULTIMATE FIFTH WHEEL.
