I ordered my truck with the Aux. Switches, and it was delivered that way.
Now I want to use them and make the necessary connections and I have a problem...
I found the connection points and the connectors under the hood, but there are no terminals to attach to the end of the wires and to insert into the connectors.
There was no parts package in the truck and at this point I have a pair of unusable connectors sitting under my hood until I can get some terminals.
I can cut the supplied connectors out of the system and replace them with alternative weatherproof connectors, but there has to be an easier way.
Anybody else out there have the same problem and get it resolved somehow?
If anyone knows where I can obtain the necessary terminals, I would appreciate learning how I can acquire them.

Go back to the dealer and tell them they must provide them because you paid for the option. Mine were in a bag under the back seat which I assume you have checked, right?

My bag of connecting parts were in the floor storage area. Like stated above, if you do not find them, get to your dealer soon so they can order the parts bag.

I got the parts bag and instructions from Ram Builder and I'm still confused how to actually use them... so I procrastinated hooking anything up. Knowing me I'll never use them. I actually regret getting the switches because I didn't realize I lost the hard buttons for the vented/heated seats and steering wheel, which I use frequently and have to activate via the touch screen. I tend to check every box when I order vehicles...in this case I shouldn't have.

There is no parts bag for the terminals under the back seat...or anywhere that I looked.
I did find a small parts bag with 5 screw snaps which I have no idea of what they are for.
On the bag of terminals that you found under your rear seat, was/is there a part number on it so I can give the dealer something to work with?

I was confused too. But once you get it straight, you'll realize that you over thought it. Just pull the little green plug out with needle nose pliars and stick the connector in. There are two terminals with the plugs. I can't remember the colors and I'm not at home to look but I think one is gray and the other is black. One is for the switches and the other is for PTO communication I believe. I opened the boxes and everything trying to figure out the correct way to do it. And like mpaulson said, it's easy to get the plugs backwards (left/right). These thing are great to have.
Mine were also under the back seat. I was about to call the dealer with a part number before I found the bag.

I got lucky with my truck. I bought it used and did not think I had the bag of connectors. I found them in the cubby hole under the floor mats on one side and I found the winter grille cover in the other. I do not know if I will even use the switches, but is nice to have.

The snaps and screws are for the winter cover if you use the whole thing. Most people remove the lower section (sown on with a red thread), making the snaps useless.
