Yeah ... I'm aware of the added stability ... that's one of the reasons why I was considering them. Thought with singles in the rear I'd have the benefit of better stability w/o some of the drawbacks of running duals. Oh well ...



Having said that ... I was about all set to buy a dually anyway. It had been advertised in the north/central FL edition of the "Pick-up Trader" since at least late May (1st noticed it) & the price had steadily been dropping from $6500 to final advertised price of $4800. Was too slow -- snooze, you loose, I guess. Probably for the better tho, since it was a low mileage farm/ranch truck that had been converted to a flatbed & had plenty of good sized dents in the body (pics are small but even so, dents were obvious). Looks like livestock & truck bodies are incompatible :D.
