Important: Members running fanless

I noticed 5 out of the 6 10mm bolts on the fan pulley had loosened up. 2 had came out 1/8".

I'm guessing not having the viscous fan hub nut screwed onto the threaded shaft, tight up against the pulley could cause the 10mm bolts to loosen.

Not sure. Its worth checking.

Hemi... thanks for the tip... I just emailed a NW BOMBer that had removed his fan for a bit.

Hemi-Dart, the pulley bolts should stay put without the fan, unless they were loose to begin with. Mine appear to be tight, at least none have loosened up. I put my fan back in about 10 days ago because the weather was getting too warm to run without.
