I have a 94 auto with 93,750 miles. Other than a small tweak to the pump its stock. What are some things that i can do to make it really run. I know i can't do a whole lot with the stock transmission the way it is. So what can i do. And where do i get it without emptying the bank.

I'd put a governor spring kit in the injection pump.

It was by far the single most impressive modification I ever did to the truck. The governor spring kit delays the point at which the governor inside your injection pump starts to cut the fuel back based on RPM. You will find that after you install the kit, the truck will rev up like you just added 50hp... but in reality you've only added about 10-15hp... but the drivability of the truck is SOOOOooooo much better. :D

I got my from Piers Diesel Research up in sunny Canada.

I agree with both above: springs and plate. I'd probably do the springs first because they really will give your truck a kick and they're not much money at about $150. You can get a #8 (230hp, 605 ftlbs) plate on ebay for $75. usually, but it's a TST development so you'd probably be stepping on some good people's toes by buying a cheap questionably made and hardened copy. TST includes a boost elbow and a full set of instructions with even with a video tape to guide you through the installation. I doubt that with the ebay seller you get that or the refund guarantee with trade in rights that TST will give you.
