Hey, its basically a winter test and tune, with a purse, its not sanctioned... this year.

125 wow thats a lot. Up hear it only $25. 00. but i know we don't have any real "sled pullers". Come on up you can go for 5 times for the same $$. Plus show us how its really done.

So you have sled pulls in Feb up there??

It is expensive but that is just for this one indoor pull, and most likely only the hard core yahoo's that need mid winter test hooks or the strongly addicted (to truck pulling) guy's will be there pulling.

$125 is worth it if all of your winter upgrades don't work quite as planned. you still have 2-3 months to get ready for the real pulling season.

:-laf Ha! Strongly addicted? Like you have room to speak there. I just pulled the truck out of the barn and brought it up to the garage. Now that the holiday parties are over I can finally start on her again. Engine assembly should begin within a week or so, so I should be able to make it to Gifford. Still haven't figured out how to do the smoke collector thing yet, er, at least without drilling holes in my cab to mount a support brace for the up pipe. Don't really like the fact that I won't be able to monitor the exhaust on a new engine setup's shakedown run :{ . Oh well, it'll be like any other run we ever made and like dad says "don't lift if you still have oil pressure, unless your within twenty feet of the full pull line, then oil pressure doesn't matter, HAMMER DOWN".

I belong in both groups being a hard core yahoo that is addicted to sled pulling it has been hard with the 1 month off so far and 1 more month to go till I get a little fix then 3 more after that... ... ..... :-laf I try to take it one day at a time.

From the looks of the List it's going to be one heck of a Tractor & Truck Pull. I know alot of the guys running in the Pro Stock and Super Farm classes and it should be entertaining to see how well everyone's winter mods went before the NFMS Pull

What is the name of the place that the pull will be in? Maybe an address for the place? I looked all over and can't find it on the website, It looks like Gordyville is a small place, there must be a big "dome" kinda place to pull in?

Hey guys don't pick on Darryl, He would have been ready sooner if I wouldn't have called and botherd him so much while my truck was down. Thanks a million Darryl for everything! The Twins, cam and Firerings are working great.

Some day I'll get the dana 80 and front drive shaft in, and maybe I can come out and play. Oo.
