2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Infinity CD headunit for Tape headunit swap

Hey guys,

I got a tape player Infiniti system in my '95. Would the CD player Infiniti headunit be a plug/play swap or is there some external difference between the two?



That being said, if it will work, does anyone have a CD unit they are willing to part with?

If you're just swapping decks from tape to cd then it shouldn't be any problem. its just a plug in wiring harness. i put a pioneer deck in mine when the factory cd player crapped out. bought an adapter and it was done!

FYI, I got a Infinity CD headunit from REFLOYD, thanks Robert. I pulled my tape unit out, plugged up the CD unit, and it works like a charm. One of these days I'll upgrade the whole system, but in the meantime this should do me just fine.
