Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Injector ID'ing

Hey Guys,



Previous owner claims to have installed 275hp injectors for better mileage, but I'm not really convinced that it has any more power or any more mileage than the other 2nd gen 6spds I've driven. Is there a way to identify injectors while they are installed? How about if I pull them out?

Pull one and get the #'s off of it. There is a current thread with 275 #'s listed.

BTW, they are not 275 horsepower injectors, meaning, they do not ADD 275 hp. The RV 275 injector is the stock Bosch factory injector used in Cummins ISB engines installed in motorhomes, which engines were rated at 275 hp.
