I currently have the 275RV injectors in a 98. 5 2500 4x4 with 3. 54 gears and 285 BFG tires. I'd like to add a PE EZ box, but would like to first see how many people are successful with the stock clutch not slipping. Replacing the clutch isn't in my budget for this year.

you should be ok, from what I hear the 5spd clutches are stronger than the 6spd clutch that I have... . she will not take my current BOMBs. I am over here in Hillsboro, I would love to see your truck.

I have stage II injectors -Psychotty- Edge EZ- 6Sp. (285 HP /558Ft. Lb Trq. at the rear wheels) and tow a 13k trailer with a stock clutch. I have had NO clutch slippage or EGT problems with these mods. regardless of % grade or speed. I think that the secret is to get into the power slowly. I avoid hammering the throttle or doing burnout starts. So far so good!

Yeah, you ought to be just fine. Eventually with alot of abuse it will start slipping a bit,but you can keep driving it a long time even if it does.

Brandon, that may depend on if you tow anything, and heat up the clutch. An EZ and 275's are a great combination.
