Installation of CATZ MSC

Getting around to installing my new driving lights from the GP and was wondering how the brackets mount if you don't have original fog lights. If someone has done this did you buy a stock set of brackets and mount them to the catz or were you able to modify the bracket that came with the lights to bolt right up? Also was this accomplished without removing the bumper? Thanks in advance.
