I just ordered a new ATS three peice manifold and I am putting it on tomorrow. Does anyone have any pointers or something for an easy installation. I got all new gaskets for it too am I going to have to change or move anything to make it fit? Or will it set in there and not get in the way of anything?

Just remove 4 bolts from turbo to manifold flange & tie the turbo back out of the way. The manifold bolts can be rusted & possibly break off if you aren't careful. Make sure that you put antiseize on the bolts before install & torque to spec to assure no leaks. Good Luck!

thanks I almost got it on tonight but of course nothing is as easy as it looks. The manifold is on everything is torqued but I took the turbo off and I was putting it back on, and found that a bolt or nut won't sit flush on the manifold, so I can't put the turbo on because it won't tighten down. I hope that is understandable

Loosen the bolts to the downpipe so the turbo and wiggle into place and tighten down then tighten the downpipe.

After you get it on and such, run it a week and then re-torque the manifold bolts and Turbo mount bolts as it can loosen up. . I lost 2 manifold bolts that way.

I got it all on tonight and felt dumb cause the bolts just screw into the manifold, top and bottom, I wish I would have had four studs but it works. Thanks for the info on re-torqueing the manifold cause I had no clue I had to do that, but I will. Thanks
