Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Intercooler Repair

I found a decent sized leak in my intercooler around a couple of the tubes. This was the only place that I could find air leaking out at the time. Does anyone have any experience fixing one of these or have any info on the subject?

they can be repaired just like a radiator. find the cracks and slurry on the solder.



It kind of depends on the extent of the fatigue.



I have had to rubber mount many on big trucks to eliminate vibration and flex. it makes them last much longer.
