is A Brand New AFE filter pre oiled ???

Installing my new AFE filter and all it says is install pre oiled filter.



Nowhere on the instructions does it say it has been preeoiled at the factory.

Does this filter come new Preoiled or do I have to oil myself. ????

Got mine around June of last year, it was pre-oiled. Wasn't sure about it, but trusted the info here. When I drove it a while with the pre-filter on, it left no doubt, you could see it on the sock.
